marathon running

marathon running is going well. just completed my first double mileage long run this time around. it went well. feet feel great. toes are not numb. guess i have to run tomorrow. i completed a 10k and 5k two weekends ago. it was coooooollllldddd. can't wait for it to warm up. stay tuned.

happy birthday to you ty gray!! we celebrated with a quiet little party here at home while ty opened gifts from friends and family. such a happy kid ;)... thank you lord for blessing us with him.

this clip cracks me up. it reminds me of the bud light (think it was that beer) commercial where a guy and girl are on a date and she says she loves him, but he can't say it back.... if you have seen it you know what i am talking about. usually when we tell ty we love him it goes something like this: "i love you ty" and he will answer "too." so we started practicing with him. it cracks me up!

can you believe my baby boy was born two years ago today? this little guy has brought so much joy into our lives, so many smiles, so many kisses, so many laughs. happy birthday baby boy!
